Alright, so the mailman brought this today. It's in a plain white box from the manufacturer. Appears to be a private label sticker on it. This is normal practice so  jcp black friday 2015  nothing to raise an eyebrow at. It's got a tab slot holding it closed so no tape to cut.

Inside, the brush is polybagged in a thin crinkly clear plastic that tears easily for ready access to the brush. The brush is black. It has a triangle head. The base of the triangle is connected to the handle. The other 2 sides have the wire and the scrub pad. The tip has what looks like a flat scraper.

The wire brush 56 patches of wires. Each patch is approximately 10-12 wires. Each patch of wires has some give and sway, but the brush will be used over multiple patches at a time. It will have less flex in use. I've felt stiffer bristles, but I'm not concerned about these.

The scrub pad is quite coarse. It feels a little like the texture of a loufa with more strength. That seems like it will really scrub off that fond.

The tip scraper has the shape of a razor blade almost. It is Not sharp, however. Wouldn't want to get cut. I think it's either stainless steal or aluminum. Doesn't feel like it's going to bend under my fingers. You would have to press pretty hard to bend it I think.

The handle is thick and looks to be a single injection molded piece including the head. There's a made in china sticker on it. I believe this is required either on the hiholidays package or item by Amazon's terms of service.

In use.

The brushes bristle patches are close enough together to be slightly less wide than the grill posts. That way they hug a little when they spread to wrap around the grill. Nice.

The scrubber works on the fine detail if you want your grill to stay shiny and silver.

The scraper, I didn't use. I did try to run it over a cutting board and noticed that you do have to hold it at a pretty good angle to avoid the bristles or scrubber. I would imagine having the scraper And the brush or scrubber working at the same time would not be a bad thing.

In all, while I found this item to be functional, it lacked a little in presentation. This is normal for launching new products, so I am not too critical about it. For their next production run they could make the packaging more professional and maybe get their logo on or fabricated into the brush.

There is room for improvement, but it works as expected.
